As a visual communication designer, I get to use graphic design and illustrations to support specific marketing and brand strategies and to achieve specific goals and KPIs. Since the day I taught myself how to use Photoshop, I have designed infographics, social media imagery, and presentation decks, and I have participated in UX, UI projects. I am currently getting to know Affinity Designer and also work with front and back-end developers to build websites.
What sets me apart from other visual communications designer is my experience in digital marketing and SEO. Nowadays, websites not only have to be beautiful, but they also have to be functional and have content that is both helpful to visitors and easy for search engines to interpret. My goal is to make sure that there is the right balance between visuals and written content. I create things like infographics and creative imagery that makes a piece of written content much more dynamic and skimmable.
The work doesn’t stop in the creation of engaging and useful content. I love finding creative ways of using social media to tell a story and to promote the pieces, that’s why I am always on the look out for storytelling social media tools. During my career, I have been part of the creation of social media strategies, editorial calendar, and management for different companies and enterprises.

I care about the community and help out where I can. From collecting donations for the LGBTQ+ Community, to or helping out a local family, I like giving back and supporting those who need it the most.
I value traveling and exposure to multiculturalism. Living in many different countries, and working with people from different cultures have shaped the professional I am today.
During my time in London, I worked closely with Kenny Ho, recognized Creative Director & Fashion Director of ARTICLE magazine, on numerous editorials for magazines like The Fashionisto and Client Magazine as a Fashion Styling Assistant. I also have been part of projects where I have gained knowledge in art direction, photography, and conceptualization.
One of the reasons that my concentration during my studies was about the Creative Industries is because I like being involved in different creative projects. I enjoy taking photos, making videos and making art. Here you can see some of my work:
I have come to believe that masculinity is a complex concept, that travel plays a big part in the evolution of our identity, that fashion is a great tool for self-expression and that we take way to many photos that we don’t do anything with.
